Part 2 – How to use SDL Trados Studio and SDL MultiTerm to manage terminology
In part 2, Ziad will explore how SDL MultiTerm can be used to manage terminology and they will demonstrate how to get started with termbases.
✔ Creating a termbase in SDL MultiTerm: what should you consider, what are the best practices, what kind of information should a termbase contain?
✔ How to make use of existing terminology, e.g. converting MS Excel-based glossaries into a termbase format
✔ How to add new entries to the termbase and how to edit existing entries in SDL MultiTerm
✔ How to display useful, additional terminology information in Studio (e.g. notes, status information, etc.)
✔ Making sure you are using the correct terminology consistently with real-time terminology verification
