Nora Díaz is a full-time translator and team leader, who works for clients located around the world on a daily basis, covering every aspect of the translation workflow. Nora enjoys sharing what she has learned about translation technology with other translators, to help further their understanding of the tools they use every day. 


Emma Goldsmith is a freelance Spanish to English medical translator who made a career switch from nursing some 25 years ago. In addition to her translation work, Emma also keeps busy as a blogger at “Signs & Symptoms of Translation”, where she writes about medical translation and SDL Trados Studio.


Gemma Smith has a degree in Spanish and Italian and a post-graduate MA in Translation. She has been an Approved Trainer of SDL Trados translation software since 2009. Gemma works for the translation company Alexika Ltd, helping ensure the translation process is as smooth as possible for clients, translators and the in-house team.
